Signs of life
After being away for a while, I am happy to announce that I will try to update my blog every week from now on!
I will try to get some weekly features in here as well. Here is a quick update what I've been doing in the scale modeling mancave the last couple of months.
To start with, the wonderfull The Army Painter paint set I got for my birthday. It contained about 42 different shades and colours and I'm very happy with it. In the future I wish to switch to one brand of paint all together instead of tons of different ones and this is a step in the right direction!
I also bought myself a Verlinden Products British Rifleman from the Napoleonic era!
This is actually my first resin kit so I was kind of nervous, but it ended up looking rather well I think!
The only thing that was slightly disappointing about this figure is that it was completed rather quickly, but I'm happy with the result none the less! ;-)
And last but not least, the update on the T-90!
This is to give you an impression on what I am going for with the diorama.
And here, unfinished, is the T-90 with the infantry (you might notice they have some "standing up without falling over issues, hence the crate and the paint").
That's about it, I'm now planning on making a diorama base. I really want to make like a destroyed French building (somewhere in Paris for example), to make it look like a ww3 scenario!
